H.E.R.O was founded by individuals realizing a need for recruitment opportunities geared specifically for healthcare heroes. At a time when there is a shortage of caregivers and when travel and per diem jobs are becoming the new norm, we hope to provide a platform that eases that transformation. From providing recruiters with a cost-effective website saturated with applicants/healthcare workers. To being that common place for healthcare workers to connect with facilities, agencies and/or private contractors.

We aim to not only build competent workers but to create, enlighten and enhance entrepreneurs. We want to spark fire in heroes enabling them to envision their own business ideas. Not to stop there, but to create that business and let H.E.R.O be the place to drive customers in their direction.
